Dun
Trout must be stalked carefully due to the low water conditions. Use a fine tippet and cast delicately to feeding trout. Normal hatching is generally late evening when temperatures are cooler. Rainy overcast days produce good hatches.
Spinner
Spinner falls occur at dusk. Find a good position to cast at feeding trout. Use fine tippet and stealth. Duns may be emerging at the same time so determine which phase the trout are taking if necessary.
