FISHING TIPS
- Water Type
- Silty, sandy slow to medium water.
- Dun & Spinners
- Fine tippets (7x - 8x) and stealth are imperative. Stay low and keep false casting to absolute minimum. Find feeding trout and note their position and the timing of their rises. Try to have your fly directly on their station when they rise. The morph from subimagoe to adult happens in a very short time so duns and spinners may be on the water at the same time. Carry both hackled and fully spent patterns on #24 & #26 hooks with turned up eyes.
